Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken: Preheat the grill. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until it’s fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

- Warm the tortillas: On the grill or in a skillet, warm the corn tortillas until they are pliable.
- Assemble the tacos: Place the sliced chicken in the tortillas. Top with chopped onions, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
