  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots (or mixed veggies)
  • 1 box (6 ounces) chicken flavored stuffing
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme in a prepared casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk, then stir in the frozen vegetables.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the casserole dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken flavored stuffing on top, followed by pouring chicken broth evenly over the stuffing.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
