			- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/3 cup milk
 - 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots (or mixed veggies)
 - 1 box (6 ounces) chicken flavored stuffing
 - 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Season the cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme in a prepared casserole dish.
 - In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk, then stir in the frozen vegetables.
 - Pour the sauce over the chicken in the casserole dish, spreading evenly.
 - Sprinkle the chicken flavored stuffing on top, followed by pouring chicken broth evenly over the stuffing.
 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
