- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before adding them to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter along with the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss the cooked noodles in the skillet, coating them well with the butter and garlic.
- Slice the rested chicken breasts and serve them over the buttery noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
