Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with garlic butter.
  5. Slice the rested chicken and serve on top of the noodles; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a healthier twist, opt for whole wheat noodles or substitute chicken with your preferred protein.
