- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through—approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced zucchini and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
