Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
- Introduce the diced chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced zucchini and drizzle in the soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste, mixing well to distribute the flavors.
- Serve warm on its own or with rice or noodles!
