Instructions

- Cook the beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate cabbage: Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing it to slightly wilt.
- Finish with soy sauce: Pour the low-sodium soy sauce into the pan, mixing well. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Drizzle and serve: Finally, drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry before serving and top with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.
