Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until nicely integrated.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips to ensure even distribution.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, keeping them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
