- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until nicely integrated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips to ensure even distribution.
- Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, keeping them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
