- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup boiling water
- Optional: chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Stir in milk and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then carefully pour boiling water over everything—don’t stir!
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the top looks set.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream, fresh berries, or whipped cream. Store leftover cobbler in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
