- 1 cup chocolate chips (for dipping)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix this dry mix into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries to ensure even distribution throughout the dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
- While the cookies are cooling, melt your chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each cookie halfway in the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle with additional toppings like colorful sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
