Ingredients

- 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
- 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the pudding thicken for at least one hour.
- When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or fresh berries, and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Adjust sweetness of maple syrup to taste.
