Ingredients

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
  4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the pudding thicken for at least one hour.
  5. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or fresh berries, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Adjust sweetness of maple syrup to taste.
