Description

A creamy and nutritious chocolate pudding that’s perfect for a post-workout snack or a healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Gradually add in the milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed; add more honey or syrup based on your preference.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture into individual serving cups or bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour to set properly.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh fruit or nuts.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can freeze portions for easy access to a healthy snack.
