Description

Delicious clusters combining fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and rich chocolate, perfect for a sweet treat any time.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form small clusters and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours, or until solid.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 15-30 second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate and return to the lined baking sheet.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle sea salt on top of the clusters.
  7. Freeze for a few more minutes to let the chocolate harden. Enjoy!
