Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form small clusters and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours, or until solid.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 15-30 second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate and return to the lined baking sheet.
- Optional: Sprinkle sea salt on top of the clusters.
- Freeze for a few more minutes to let the chocolate harden. Enjoy!
