- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup granulated sugar (plus an additional ¾ cup for the filling)
- Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough or sheets
- 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crescent dough and lay half of it in a greased baking dish.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, ¾ cup granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.
- Top with the remaining crescent dough as a topping.
- Mix the remaining sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and just set.
- Cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or chilled, topped with chocolate sauce or whipped cream for an extra indulgence.
