Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into cubes and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the custard over the cinnamon roll cubes, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly browned.
- Mix together the powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk to prepare icing and drizzle it over the warm casserole.
Notes
Feel free to substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a non-dairy alternative. Can be prepared in advance and baked fresh in the morning.
