Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into cubes and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the custard over the cinnamon roll cubes, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly browned.
  6. Mix together the powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk to prepare icing and drizzle it over the warm casserole.

Notes
