Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until blended.
  3. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter until a paste forms.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter and swirl in a tablespoon of the cinnamon mix.
  6. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a little milk until creamy.
