- 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until blended.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter until a paste forms.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter and swirl in a tablespoon of the cinnamon mix.
- Once bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a little milk until creamy.
- Drizzle the frosting over your pancakes and enjoy!
