Description
Delicious pancakes infused with cinnamon and topped with a cream cheese drizzle, blending the best of cinnamon rolls and pancakes.
Ingredients

			- 1 1/4 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
 - 3 tsp baking powder
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
 - 3 tsp cinnamon
 - 4 tbsp softened butter (regular or plant-based)
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 - 2 tbsp melted butter (regular or plant-based)
 - 2 oz cream cheese (regular or plant-based)
 
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
 - In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
 - In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon to create the swirl filling.
 - Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
 - Pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter on the skillet. Drizzle some of the cinnamon filling over the batter before flipping the pancake.
 - Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
 - For the cream cheese drizzle, mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar and a splash of milk until smooth.
 - Serve the pancakes warm, topped with the cream cheese drizzle.
 
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen. Reheat in a toaster or microwave.
