Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls that bring warmth and comfort for breakfast or dessert.

			- 4 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 packet (2¼ teaspoons) of active dry yeast
 - ¾ cup milk
 - ½ cup sugar
 - 1/3 cup butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
 - ½ cup brown sugar
 - 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
 - 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for icing)
 
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
 - In a big bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Add the yeast mixture.
 - Gradually stir in the flour, one cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.
 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
 - Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
 - In another bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
 - After the dough has risen, roll it into a large rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
 - Spread melted butter over the dough, leaving a little edge on one side.
 - Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the butter.
 - Starting from the edge without the butter, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
 - Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish, cut side up.
 - Cover the rolls again and let rise for another 30 minutes.
 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
 - While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
 - Once the rolls are done, let cool for about 5 minutes and drizzle icing over the warm rolls.
 
Notes
These cinnamon rolls can be served plain, with fruit, or topped with nut butter. They also freeze well for later enjoyment.
