Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or alternative sweetener)
- Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly and place in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar well.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix over the banana slices and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
