Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together coconut or brown sugar with ground cinnamon.
- In a mixing bowl, gently toss the banana slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture until lightly coated.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Let the chips cool on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes to crisp up even more.
Notes
To achieve the perfect chip, ensure banana slices are uniformly thin. Adjust cinnamon-sugar mixture according to taste. Consider adding spices like nutmeg for extra flavor.
