Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar until well combined.
  3. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket without overlapping.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the banana slices.
  6. Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let cool to achieve maximum crunch, then enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can re-crisp in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
