Description
Delicious and healthy cinnamon-sugar banana chips made in an air fryer, perfect for snacking or dessert.
Ingredients

			- 2 large ripe bananas
 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
 - 2 tablespoons sugar
 - Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
 
Instructions
- Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick.
 - In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar until well combined.
 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
 - Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket without overlapping.
 - Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the banana slices.
 - Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
 - Let cool to achieve maximum crunch, then enjoy!
 
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can re-crisp in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
