  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cut the French bread into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and soak for about 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  6. Scoop the soaked bread mixture into the greased muffin tins, filling each one about 3/4 full.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over the tops of each muffin.
