- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red, green, or yellow)
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook your chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Incorporate your sliced vegetables and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until just tender.
- Add the drained noodles and soy sauce, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
