Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook your chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  4. Incorporate your sliced vegetables and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until just tender.
  5. Add the drained noodles and soy sauce, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
