A quick and easy recipe for indulgent no-bake chocolate cookies with peanut butter and oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick oats
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Stir constantly while bringing the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, let it go for 1 minute.
- Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until everything is smooth and combined.
- Add the quick oats to the mixture, stirring until they’re fully coated.
- Using a spoon, drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Allow the cookies to cool and set for about 30 minutes.
Notes
To keep cookies fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. They can also be refrigerated or frozen for longer shelf life.
