- 4 large egg whites
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (like erythritol)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp cream of tartar
- 1–2 drops gel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, green)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the cream cheese mixture: whisk the softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy, then gradually add 1 tablespoon of sweetener until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold in the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the batter, add gel food coloring, and fold gently to maintain airiness.
- Dollop the colored batters alternately onto the baking sheet in a loaf shape and gently swirl colors together.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
