Description

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp cream of tartar
  • 12 drops gel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, green)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the cream cheese mixture: whisk the softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy, then gradually add 1 tablespoon of sweetener until stiff peaks form.
  4. Carefully fold in the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Divide the batter, add gel food coloring, and fold gently to maintain airiness.
  6. Dollop the colored batters alternately onto the baking sheet in a loaf shape and gently swirl colors together.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden.
  8. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
