Description

Warm, gooey cookies filled with the crunch of Oreos and creamy white chocolate chips. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until well blended.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  5. Lower the mixer speed and gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix just until the dough comes together.
  6. Fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Use a small cookie scoop to portion the dough, roll into balls, and gently flatten each cookie slightly.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are set. Centers may look slightly underbaked.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour. You can also swap white chocolate for dark chocolate chips.
