- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
