Description

Delicious bite-sized pancakes with sausage and cheese drizzled with maple syrup, perfect for breakfast on the go.


Ingredients

  • Pancake mix
  • Sausage patties
  • Cheese slices
  • Maple syrup
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pancake mix according to package instructions, mixing with water until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes, about 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  5. Stack a sausage patty and a slice of cheese between two mini pancakes.
  6. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
