- Olive oil or bacon fat

Instructions
- Prep the Green Beans: Rinse and trim the green beans to about 2-3 inches long.
- Heat the Oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, add your olive oil or bacon fat.
- Sauté the Beans: Toss in the green beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
