- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl, then stir in the granulated sugar until fully combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- Drizzle with chocolate ganache and sprinkle with candy-coated chocolate chips.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or dust with powdered sugar for an added touch.
