- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat, high protein)
- Seasonings of your choice (garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your microwave-safe plate.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese with your chosen seasonings and optional Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet for the oven or on a microwave-safe plate.
- For the oven, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. For the microwave, cook for 3-5 minutes, checking for crispness.
- Allow to cool slightly before breaking into chips and enjoy.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days. Freeze uncooked mixture for later use.
