A healthy twist on pizza, this Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl is quick, easy, and packed with flavor and nutrition, perfect for a weeknight dinner or brunch.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil, salt, pepper (to taste)
- Sliced olives & diced onions (as desired)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe bowl, layer the ingredients, starting with the cottage cheese at the bottom.
- Spread the marinara sauce generously over the cottage cheese.
- Add chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach (or kale) on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top of the veggies.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with olives, diced onions, and fresh basil before serving.
Notes
