- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the parsley, chives, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, cooking for another minute.
- Add the lemon juice to the sauce and mix well.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot, drizzled with remaining sauce.
