  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the parsley, chives, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, cooking for another minute.
  5. Add the lemon juice to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Serve hot, drizzled with remaining sauce.
