Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, parsley, chives, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
- Grill or pan-sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness is reached (aim for 130°F for medium-rare).
- Remove the steaks from heat and drizzle the cowboy butter sauce generously over the top.
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
