  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, parsley, chives, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
  4. Grill or pan-sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness is reached (aim for 130°F for medium-rare).
  5. Remove the steaks from heat and drizzle the cowboy butter sauce generously over the top.
