Cowboy Butter Steak Bites

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Paleo

Description

Tender steak morsels seared and coated in a luscious garlic-herb butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Season the bite-sized steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  5. In the same skillet, sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. Once cooked, pour the cowboy butter mixture over the steak bites, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  7. Serve hot—either as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For a twist, try using flavored butter or adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for some heat.
