Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- In the same skillet, sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Once cooked, pour the cowboy butter mixture over the steak bites, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Notes
