Description
A juicy steak topped with a rich cowboy butter sauce, infused with garlic and herbs for a flavorful experience.
Ingredients
Scale
- Steak (your choice: ribeye, sirloin, etc.)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook your steak on a grill or skillet to your liking. For a ribeye, aim for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Once done, let the steak rest for at least five minutes to keep it juicy.
- While the steak rests, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle this vibrant cowboy butter over the steak just before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Aim for 130°F for medium-rare. Feel free to swap in different herbs for the cowboy butter.
