- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish – optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the crab meat, softened cream cheese, chopped green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create smaller bites.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up towards the point.
- Place the bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and flaky.
- If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
These bites are best served warm with a zesty dip. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
