  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Pescatarian

Description

A show-stopping appetizer featuring flaky crescent rolls filled with creamy, savory crab meat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish – optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the crab meat, softened cream cheese, chopped green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create smaller bites.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up towards the point.
  5. Place the bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and flaky.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

These bites are best served warm with a zesty dip. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
