  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 24 bites 1x
  • Diet: Gluten-Free Option

Description

These tantalizing bite-sized delights combine rich crab meat with flaky, buttery crescent rolls, perfect for any gathering or as a simple snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. For smaller bites, cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up toward the point, sealing the filling inside.
  5. Place the rolled bites seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Optional: Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley for extra flavor and color.

Notes

Best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
