- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Fold in the lump crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack, shredded cheddar, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing out the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Allow it to rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
For an elegant touch, garnish with green onions or extra crab meat. Pairs well with white wine or light beer.
