Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Fold in the lump crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack, shredded cheddar, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing out the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

For an elegant touch, garnish with green onions or extra crab meat. Pairs well with white wine or light beer.
