Description

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced onions, bell peppers, or other preferred vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the frozen hash browns evenly on the bottom.
  5. Spread the cooked bacon over the hash browns, followed by the shredded cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the entire casserole.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
