Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish and layer in the hash browns, followed by the cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.

Notes
