Description

Delicious breakfast sliders packed with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese, all tucked inside soft Hawaiian rolls and topped with a buttery ranch mix.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet and scramble the egg mixture until just set; set aside.
  4. Cook bacon in the same skillet until crispy, then chop into quarters.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them, and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  6. Layer with 1 cup of shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, and the remaining cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  8. Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix, then brush over the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm.

Notes

Feel free to switch out the cheese for your favorite variety or use turkey bacon for a lighter twist.
