- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet and scramble the egg mixture until just set; set aside.
- Cook bacon in the same skillet until crispy, then chop into quarters.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them, and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Layer with 1 cup of shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, and the remaining cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix, then brush over the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm.
Notes
Feel free to switch out the cheese for your favorite variety or use turkey bacon for a lighter twist.
