Instructions

  2. Gently mix the ingredients until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  3. Shape the mixture into six equally sized patties, making a small dimple in the center of each.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat.
  5. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, checking that the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F for medium doneness.
