Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
- Gently mix the ingredients until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into six equally sized patties, making a small dimple in the center of each.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, checking that the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F for medium doneness.
- Allow burgers to rest for a few minutes before serving.
