- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for toppings)
Instructions
- Combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 6 evenly-sized patties, and press a small dimple in the center of each.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the patties until they reach desired doneness, flipping gently with a spatula.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute turkey for beef. You can also use vegan cheese and tofu for plant-based versions.
