Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for toppings)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 6 evenly-sized patties, and press a small dimple in the center of each.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Grill the patties until they reach desired doneness, flipping gently with a spatula.
  6. Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute turkey for beef. You can also use vegan cheese and tofu for plant-based versions.
