			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
 - 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 - 1 cup bacon bits
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 4 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
 - Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
 - Add the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.
 - Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
 - Allow to cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley and serving.
 
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken with ranch seasoning in advance. You can also add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrients.
