- 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, trimmed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
- Take each chicken tender and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated. Then roll it in the cheese and cracker mixture.
- Arrange the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment and lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
