Description

Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sweet corn, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently stir to combine everything.
  4. Add in the chopped red onion and green bell pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
