- 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg and leftover cranberry sauce, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.
