Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Don’t overmix!
- Gently fold in the cranberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
Notes
