- 1 can of crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz of cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup of powdered sugar
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
- Press the cut dough into the muffin cups, shaping it to cover the bottom and sides.
- Spoon in 1 tsp of cream cheese filling, followed by 1 tsp of cranberry sauce on top.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes or until the bites are beautifully golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within three days. Reheat briefly in the oven before serving.
