Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz of cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup of powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  4. Press the cut dough into the muffin cups, shaping it to cover the bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon in 1 tsp of cream cheese filling, followed by 1 tsp of cranberry sauce on top.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
  7. Bake for 11–13 minutes or until the bites are beautifully golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within three days. Reheat briefly in the oven before serving.
